Take 〜 off line とは会議でよく使うフレーズで
“〜 を非公式に話す”
“〜 について別途、個別に話す”
という意味です。
打ち合わせをしている途中である案件についてみんなのいる席で話すことではないと判断した時、このフレーズを使います。

という意味で使われます。
